As modern conscious mothers, we no longer rely solely on instinct or replicate the way we were raised when it comes to nurturing our children. As society transitions out of a survival-oriented culture, our aspirations for our children have grown significantly since our own upbringing. Our vision is for our children to evolve into the best expressions of themselves, equipped with the skills necessary to actualize their dreams and make a positive impact on the world. These skills encompass a diverse and holistic range, which often necessitates us to expand our own skill set as parents and undergo transformations in our values, beliefs, and worldviews. This journey is undeniably challenging, as it requires us to go above and beyond the daily demands of parenting while also seeking fulfillment in our own personal lives. 

While external influences undeniably affect this journey, the pressing question is: How can we empower ourselves with the necessary tools and resources to set bold intentions for our parenting journey that align with the aspirations we hold for our children today? How can we build the confidence to achieve these intentions while unlearning old instincts and cultivating a new set of skills, values, beliefs, and worldviews?
