Purchases of all programs are governed under the following terms and conditions

Refund policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances come up and you may need to change your plans. So, after purchase, if due to any unforeseen circumstances you need to alter your plans for participation in a course or coaching program, you have two options depending on the situation.
- The first option is that you can withdraw from the program and have your payment refunded less a deductible Rs.2000/- administration fee, through the day prior to the start of the program. To be eligible for a refund, you must first send an email to gayathri.tirthapura@gmail.com with the reason for your requested refund.
- Second, you can transfer your registration, free of charge, to another course starting in the future or towards a coaching package, for up to two years following the start date of your original program.

Participation and changes
In order to participate in an online course or coaching program, from time to time you will need to connect to zoom or other conferencing or video software via internet. It is your responsibility to ensure your ability to access a computer or internet to participate. We cannot make any promises about the quality of your own internet connection. We will try our best to ensure that every webinar is as technologically-accessible as possible, from our end.
Just as circumstances can unexpectedly change for you, we sometimes need to make changes as well, including changes to program content and the published program schedule. While we will use our best efforts to ensure that all scheduled events, appointments, and course materials, curriculum stay as planned, we reserve the right to make any changes to the program. Rest assured, we'll make sure that we provide the full value of the program promised and we will use our best efforts to notify you of these changes as soon as possible.

Right to intellectual property

The curriculum, program materials, copyrighted materials, and any and all improvements, modifications, enhancements, fixes and future versions of them are the property of Mothers Fly and are licensed to you by Mothers Fly solely for use in your involvement in the course and for your personal use only. You are not permitted to copy or modify any of this material nor are you allowed to share, sell, assign, sublicense or commercialize.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All information provided by the client or the participant including your identity and individually identifiable information, during the coaching relationship or during a course, will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which may be used for promotional reasons only with the consent of the client or participant.  The client or participant may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
